About the Role

Junior DevOps Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Assist in setting up, maintaining, and monitoring cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
Support the implementation and management of CI/CD pipelines.
Automate routine operational tasks using scripting languages (Bash, Python, etc.).
Monitor system performance, availability, and security.
Collaborate with development and QA teams to streamline deployments.
Document processes, procedures, and configurations.
Stay updated with DevOps best practices, tools, and technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Basic knowledge of
Linux/Unix systems administration
.
Understanding of
cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
.
Familiarity with
CI/CD tools
(Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, etc.).
Knowledge of
Docker and containerization concepts
.
Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)

Exposure to
Kubernetes or other orchestration tools
.
Familiarity with
infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation)
.
Understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, load balancing, firewalls).
Prior internship, project, or certification in DevOps/cloud technologies.
