Role Description We are seeking a talented Junior Designer for a full-time on-site role at our Jaipur location. The Junior Designer will be responsible for assisting in the creation and development of design concepts, supporting the design team in projects, and producing drafts and sketches. The role includes tasks like collaboration with other departments, ensuring design feasibility, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends to enhance our furniture offerings. Qualifications Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, and SketchUpStrong conceptual skills with the ability to develop and refine design ideasExcellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with the design team and other departmentsA keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality workKnowledge of sustainability practices and an interest in sustainable design solutionsBachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Interior Design, or a related fieldExperience in furniture design or a related field is a plus
