Junior Customer Service Executive/Sales Executive (0-1 Years Experience, 6 Months Full Time In Office Internships Available for the right candidates) Louder is an entertainment company, a specialist in promoting art and culture. This role will serve as a key point of contact for communication with our customers to sell tickets, vip packages, sponsorship, bringing on board promoters, influencers and other ticket sellers. This is a highly intense, result-oriented job and a full-time position based out of our Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi Office. Immediate Joining Key Responsibilities Handle incoming and outgoing call process and sales - Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and others Set up & sell events via sell, email, sms, organic and paid digital mediums, social media, ambassadors etc Generate leads & pitching event tickets, VIP Packages and sponsorship proposals via calls, emails, messages (incoming and outgoing) Manage and keep CRM updated, Inbound/Outbound Calling & Tickets and VIP management. Build and update client, promoters/influencers, sponsor lists and databases. (PR, Analytics, and Research) Social Media/Marketing Understanding & Knowledge Required Candidate profile The ultimate command of the English language, written and oral.
