Job Description

We are looking to hire a CA Fresher for the LAS Credit profile. Preference will be given to candidates who have cleared CA in their 1st or 2nd attempt. Educational Qualifications Chartered Accountant/ CA Inter / MBA Key Responsibilities • Credit Assessment & Proposal Preparation: Analyze companies and industries, conduct financial and background due diligence, and prepare detailed credit proposals for committee/board approvals. • Monitoring & Compliance: Periodically review exposures, track security and market developments, and ensure compliance with RBI regulations and internal policies. • Data Management & Analysis: Maintain credit policies, MIS, and use tools like Capitaline, Bloomberg, and financial reports to gather and interpret financial data. • Industry & Economic Tracking: Monitor sector-specific data andmacro/microeconomic trends to support credit decisions. • Research & Reporting: Handle ad-hoc research requests, prepare industry insights, and track relevant company operating metrics for ongoing portfolio evaluation.
