Junior Copywriter

We are seeking a talented and passionate Junior Copywriter to join our dynamic Digital Marketing team. In this role, you will play a key role in crafting compelling, impactful written content across various channels, including social media, websites, email campaigns, and online advertising. You will work closely with a team of creative professionals, including art directors, designers, and strategists, to bring innovative and engaging concepts to life through the power of words.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and write clear, concise, and engaging copy for a variety of digital marketing materials, ensuring all content aligns with the client's brand voice and marketing objectives.

Collaborate closely with the Art Director and design team to ensure copy and visuals work together harmoniously to deliver a cohesive message.

Write and optimise content for SEO, email subject lines, social media captions, website landing pages, display ads, and video scripts.

Assist in brainstorming and conceptualising creative campaigns that drive user engagement and achieve business goals.

Proofread and edit all content meticulously to guarantee accuracy, grammar, punctuation, and adherence to style guides.

Research industry trends, competitor messaging, and target audience needs to inform content creation.

Manage multiple writing projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

0-2 years of experience in copywriting, content creation, or a related field (internships and portfolio work count).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong grasp of grammar, tone, and style.

A compelling portfolio demonstrating digital writing samples (e.g., social media campaigns, email sequences, website copy).

Familiarity with digital marketing channels, including SEO and social media platforms.

A proactive, collaborative, and adaptable attitude with a keen attention to detail.

A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or a related field is preferred.
