Job Responsibilities: Oversee and manage patients in the LICU . Provide critical care management, including intubation, ventilation, and pain management. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for patient treatment plans. Monitor and ensure the best possible care for liver transplant ICU patients. Guide and support junior medical staff and nurses. Stay updated on the latest advancements in anesthesia and critical care. Requirements: DNB/MD in Anesthesia from a recognized institution. Minimum 1-3 years of experience in ICU/Critical Care (preferred). Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in high-pressure environments with a patient-centric approach.
