Key Responsibilities Understand and read drawings and layouts Work on AutoCAD Coordinate with clients for the technical specifications required Create a BOQ of materials and contact vendors for the same Coordinate with site engineers for the status of the work in progress Report the site performance daily Coordinate with the team of carpenter, plumber, electrician, etc. as per drawings provided Monitor the development of the site as per drawing and report diversions if any Requirements Assure proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, STAAD or similar tools Demonstrate collaborative skills to work effectively with architects, contractors, and other engineers Ensure precision in design and execution Apply strong analytical skills to identify issues and develop effective solutions Exhibit good communication and interpersonal skills About Company: The Knowledge Center is a dedicated physical space designed exclusively for the architectural and design industry.
