Junior Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders.
• Participate in meetings, workshops, and discussions to understand end-user needs.
• Support process configuration and testing configurations with tech team members.
• Learn and help map business processes and workflows.
• Assist in identifying gaps or inefficiencies in current processes.
• Provide first-level support to users by documenting and tracking issues.
• Escalate unresolved or complex issues to relevant technical teams.
• Prepare and update user manuals, SOPs, and process documentation.
• Contribute to the creation of training materials and user guides.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support successful implementation of process changes.
• Maintain accurate records of process changes, updates, and feedback.
• Stay updated with internal tools and systems to effectively support users.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and deliver within timelines.

Education:

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Computer Science or Information Technology
• Fresh graduates or those with internship/project experience in business systems, process documentation, or system support are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Skills:

• Basic understanding of business processes and workflows
• Familiarity with tools like MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Miro, Figma etc..
• Exposure to process documentation tools
• Good analytical and communication skills
• Eagerness to learn and contribute to collaborative environment
