Junior Architect

Job Description

Should have passion and good experience in creation, preparation, coordination of architectural design, construction drawings and specifications on Architectural + Interior projects. Lead and Coordinate the work of a multi – disciplined team throughout the design development and detailing phases of a project. Ensuring all plans are compliant with by laws Monitoring the work of other Architects and making recommendations or scheduling workshops as required Providing guidance to subcontractors like builders, plumbers, and electricians, and helping them interpret design specifications. Ready to do site visits, supervise site activities & ensure successful project completion Following specifications and calculations to create various technical drawings. Preparing both rough sketches and detailed work with CADD systems. Requirements Bachelor's degree in architecture (B.Arch- Compulsory) 0-1 year experience A good portfolio and several years of work experience as an Architect. Proficient in Auto CAD, SketchUp and preferably in Revit. In-depth understanding of 3Ds Max Excellent leadership and communication skills. Detail-oriented and highly analytical. Deadline-driven and dedicated to excellence. Prepared to travel as needed to support ongoing project site activities.
