Junior Architect

Job Description

Role Responsibilities Assist in the development of architectural designs and plans. Conduct research on applicable building codes and regulations. Create detailed architectural drawings using CAD software. Collaborate with senior architects and engineers on project plans. Attend site visits to gather information and assess project conditions. Prepare presentations and design proposals for clients. Coordinate with contractors and suppliers for project execution. Support in the preparation of project budgets and timelines. Review and revise designs based on client feedback. Prepare material specifications and documentation for projects. Contribute to the development of project reports and documentation. Document project changes and ensure design integrity throughout the process. Participate in team meetings to discuss project status and design perspectives. Maintain an organized repository of project files and records. Stay updated with current trends in architecture and design. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Architecture/ Civil or related field. Internship or practical experience in architectural design is preferred. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup and other design software. Strong understanding of building codes and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Basic project management skills. Portfolio demonstrating relevant design work. Keen interest in sustainable design practices. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques. Proficiency in sketching and concept development. Mattification and 3D modeling skills are advantageous. Passion for architecture and design.
