Deignation - Junior Architect
Experience - : 3-6yrs

we are looking for a Junior Architect with strong drafting and documetation experience to support our designs and execution teams. The candidate should have prior experience as a Draftsman, with excellent documentation and data management skills, capable of preparing accurate drawings and mainataining organized project records.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior architects in the development of architectural designs lay out and detailed working for various projects.
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, and documents.
• Conduct site visits and gather necessary data to support project planning and execution.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
• Participate in client meetings to understand project requirements and deliverables.
• Review and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal building codes and regulations.
• Support the preparation of project proposals and presentations.
• work on Material boards, specification sheets,and assist in tender docuemntation when required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.ARCH/Diploma) or related field.
• 3-6 years of experience in architectural design or related fields.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design work and technical skills.
• Familiarity with building codes and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
