Junior Architect

Role Overview: As a Junior Architect at our company located in Kaloor, Kochi, you will be responsible for contributing to various architectural projects. You will have the opportunity to work on a full-time, permanent, or freelance basis for a contract length of 11 months. Key Responsibilities: - Contribute to architectural projects under the guidance of senior architects - Assist in creating design concepts and construction drawings - Collaborate with the team to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget - Attend client meetings and site visits to gather project requirements - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in architecture Qualifications Required: - Degree in Architecture or related field - Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software - Strong communication and teamwork skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines - Prior experience in architectural projects is a plus Additional Company Details: Our company offers a range of benefits including a flexible schedule, health insurance, leave encashment, paid sick time, and paid time off.
