Good computer skills like exel sheet , word , power point Get bills / vouchers signed from contractors and vendors - share same with accounts dept. Compulsory - 2 wheeler and valid driving license . You will have a friendly and easy-going personality while also being very perceptive and disciplined. You should be able to deal with complaints and give accurate information. A customer-oriented approach Over Look all Admin related work - Filing and Indexing in the office for all documents and files respectively, monitor the daily operations of the office, etc. Able to travel within Goa for work with a Good knowledge of Local Goan Language Over Look all the documentation and liasoning for Real Estate Project. Good Management Skill to keep constant followup and get difficult task completed on time. Job Type: Full-time Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 20/05/2025
