Job Description

Sikich is seeking a dynamic and results-driven business development professional to generate new B2B leads, promote digital solutions, and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will excel in identifying and qualifying prospects, conducting cold calls, scheduling appointments, and delivering impactful sales presentations. With a focus on GICs, GCCs, and captives, this role requires strong communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills to drive sales and ensure long-term client satisfaction. Experience Band: 1 - 3 Years Essential Job Duties: B2B Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and digital marketing. Digital Solution Sales: Promote and sell digital solutions to potential clients, demonstrating the value and benefits of the products. Prospect Identification: Identify and qualify potential prospects to build a robust sales pipeline. Relationship Building : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with the solutions provided. Cold Calling Prospects: Conduct cold calls to potential clients to introduce the company's solutions and generate interest. Appointment Scheduling: Schedule appointments and meetings with potential clients to discuss their requirements and present solutions. Global Capability Centers: Target and engage with GCCs, GICs and captive centres to identify business opportunities and establish partnerships. Client Relationship Management: Manage client relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay informed about industry rends and competitors. Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure alignment and support for sales activities. Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Departmental Interactions: Manage seamless interactions with the client space with various stake holders Primary External Interactions Decision makers, Department Heads at MNCs, Pharma and Medical Device Manufacturing. Primary Internal Interactions Operations Team, Finance, HR, IT, Heads of Other SBU. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Educational Background: A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, marketing, or a related discipline. Experience: Several years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the digital solutions industry. Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Knowledge of B2B sales techniques and strategies. Lead Generation: Proficiency in identifying and generating new business leads. Sales Expertise: Experience in selling digital solutions. Prospect Identification: Ability to identify and qualify potential prospects effectively. Client Relationship Management: Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Communication: Excellent communication skills for engaging clients and delivering presentations. Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop effective sales strategies targeting GICs, GCCs, and captives. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills for appointment scheduling and managing multiple tasks.
