JD for the Account Responsibility
Negotiate prices, credit terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers
Process sales orders accurately and efficiently.
Coordinate with internal Team
Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.
Prepare and reconcile ledgers, vouchers, and financial statements.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
Handle vendor coordination, purchase orders, and payments.
Oversee administrative tasks such as office maintenance, asset tracking, and documentation.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and audit preparation.
Manage communication with vendors and service providers, ensuring timely delivery and cost efficiency.
