Junior Accountant

You will be responsible for providing financial information to management through research and analysis of accounting data, as well as preparing reports. Your role will also involve compiling and analyzing account information to prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries. Additionally, you will document financial transactions by entering account information and recommend financial actions by analyzing accounting options. Key Responsibilities: - Summarize the current financial status by collecting information and preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other reports. - Audit financial transactions to substantiate them by reviewing relevant documents. - Maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures. - Guide accounting clerical staff by coordinating activities and providing answers to questions. - Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information. - Secure financial information by completing database backups and following internal controls. - Answer accounting procedure questions by conducting research and interpreting accounting policies and regulations. - Prepare special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends. - Maintain customer confidence and protect operations by ensuring the confidentiality of financial information. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree preferred - 1 year of experience in accounting, Tally, and total work preferred - CA-Inter certification preferred In this role, you will be expected to work full-time in person and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local financial legal requirements by staying updated on existing and new legislation.,
