About the Role

Junior Accountant

Key Responsibilities

Assist with
daily accounting entries
, including journal entries, invoices, receipts, and payments.
Support
accounts payable and accounts receivable
processes.
Maintain
accurate financial records
and documentation.
Perform
bank reconciliations
, vendor reconciliations, and customer reconciliations.
Assist in preparing
GST, TDS filings
, and other statutory requirements.
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual
closing activities
.
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and auditors.
Help prepare
MIS reports
, financial summaries, and spreadsheets.
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Required Skills

Basic understanding of
Accounting Principles
(Tally, Excel, or ERP experience is a plus).
Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in
MS Excel
(VLOOKUP, pivot tables preferred).
Good communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks.

Educational Qualification

B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) / MBA (Finance) or any relevant degree.
