About the Role:

We are looking for a Junior Accountant who has hands-on experience in day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Tally ERP, and capable of managing tasks related to sales, purchase, debit/credit entries, and bank reconciliation with accuracy and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record daily sales and purchase transactions in Tally.
• Manage and reconcile accounts receivable and payable.
• Prepare journal entries, debit/credit notes, and other accounting records.
• Perform bank reconciliation and ensure accuracy of financial records.
• Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance documentation.
• Support in monthly and yearly closing of books of accounts.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of invoices and vouchers.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for any accounting queries.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance.
• 1–2 years of experience in accounting or related field.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 / Prime and MS Excel.
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Good communication and analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
