Job Description

1. Financial Record Keeping

Maintain accurate books of accounts for all film distribution transactions.
Record revenues, expenses, advances, producer settlements, and distributor share details.
Track Minimum Guarantee (MG), commissions, and other contract-based payments.
Maintain petty cash, bank books, and general ledgers in Tally.

2. Billing and Invoicing

Prepare and issue invoices to exhibitors, OTT platforms, broadcasters, and other distribution partners.
Track receivables and follow up on overdue payments.
Ensure accuracy of billing as per distribution agreements and deal terms.

3. Excel Reporting & Data Management

Prepare detailed Excel sheets for collections, distributor share calculations, territory-wise breakups, and expense tracking.
Maintain weekly, monthly, and film-wise revenue reports.
Update and manage royalty/percentage share calculations in Excel.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
