*Job Summary:*

We are looking for a Junior Accountant with hands-on experience in accounting and financial management. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in all aspects of accounting operations, including bookkeeping, taxation, financial reporting, auditing, and compliance. This role demands a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills and a proactive attitude.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations

* Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

* Handle GST, TDS, income tax filings, and statutory compliance

* Supervise and finalize books of accounts

* Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning

* Coordinate with auditors and prepare audit schedules

* Maintain accurate documentation of financial transactions

* Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures

* Ensure timely closing of books and financial accuracy

*Requirements:*

* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related work

* Proficient in accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, or similar

* In-depth knowledge of Indian accounting standards and tax regulations

* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills

* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

* Good communication and interpersonal skills

* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

*Preferred Qualifications:*

* Bachelor degree in accounting

* Experience in handling multi-location or multi-department accounts is a plus

* Knowledge of payroll management and MIS reporting
