Swaaha Resource Management Private Limited is hiring! Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated Jr. Executive – Accounts to manage daily accounting tasks, maintain financial records, and support compliance with statutory requirements. The ideal candidate will be proficient in financial software and have a working knowledge of Indian tax regulations, reporting standards, and accounting principles. Key Responsibilities o Manage day-to-day accounting operations and transactions. o Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial data. o Handle accounts payable and receivable processes. o Prepare and file GST and TDS returns on time. o Draft monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports including Balance Sheets , Profit & Loss Statements , and other relevant documentation. o Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and applicable laws and regulations. Requirements o Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is required. 2–3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance. o Skills and Competencies Hands-on experience in Tally Prime 4.1 or equivalent ERP software. Strong knowledge of GST , TDS , and Income Tax return filing. Proficiency in MS Office , especially Excel. Basic skills in e-mail communication and letter drafting .
