Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Officer, based in Varanasi. The Relationship Officer will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, identifying potential clients, providing financial advisory and support, and achieving sales targets. The role also includes addressing client inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored financial solutions. Qualifications Strong skills in Business Relationship Management and Finance Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities Sales skills and a proven ability to achieve targets Critical thinking, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field Prior experience in financial services or a related industry is an advantage
