The Associate Software Engineer role with Carelon Global Solutions is an entry level role. You will focus on research, design, implementation, and management of software programs. The key expectations include writing and implementing efficient codes, identifying areas for modification in existing programs and subsequently developing these modifications, testing, and evaluating new programs and providing support to production.Job ResponsibilityDevelop and implement new software programs.Design and update software databaseTest and maintain software products to ensure functioning of the product and optimization.Support, Maintain and improve the performance of existing software.Clearly and regularly communicate with management and other stakeholders.Critical thinking and passion to learn/deliver.Flexible to work in any shifts/Location.
