Job Title: Junior UI/UX Designer Ahmedabad (Onsite) Experience: 2-3 Years Job Type: Full-Time Experience above 3 years - DO NOT APPLY Job Overview: As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating engaging and user-centric designs for web and mobile applications. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to turn requirements into intuitive and attractive interfaces that enhance user satisfaction and drive business success. Key Responsibilities: Conduct user research and analyze user behavior to inform design decisions Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD Design UI elements such as menus, tabs, widgets, and interaction flows Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement user-centric solutions Conduct usability testing and iterate based on feedback Ensure design consistency across products and platforms Stay updated on industry trends and best practices Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role Strong portfolio showcasing UX research, wireframes, and final UI designs Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision) Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles Familiarity with HTML/CSS and front-end development is a plus Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Nice to Have: Experience with motion design or animation tools (e.g., After Effects, Lottie) Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) Experience working in Agile environments We’d love to hear from you!
