Job Title: Junior UI/UX Designer Location: Noida extension Job Type: Full-time Department: Design / Product Developmet --- Job Summary: We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Junior UI/UX Designer to join our design team. In this role, you will assist in creating engaging, user-friendly digital experiences. You'll collaborate with senior designers, developers, and product managers to understand user needs, design intuitive interfaces, and ensure consistent design across platforms. --- Key Responsibilities: Support the design and development of wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes. Collaborate with senior designers to refine UI/UX designs based on feedback and usability testing. Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions. Maintain consistency in visual design and ensure alignment with brand guidelines. Assist in improving user flows and identifying pain points in the user journey. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices. --- Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent practical experience). Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles is a plus. Strong visual design skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. A portfolio showcasing design projects (school projects or personal work is acceptable). --- Preferred Qualifications: Internship or previous experience in a UI/UX or design role. Familiarity with tools like InVision, Zeplin, or Webflow. Experience conducting or assisting with usability testing. Passion for user-centered design and creating delightful user experiences.
