Role Overview:
We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer with 1–2 years of experience in designing engaging and user-centric mobile and web applications. If you're excited about creating seamless digital experiences and enjoy turning complex ideas into clean, functional designs — we’d love to connect with you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate project requirements and user needs into intuitive, impactful designs.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform and refine designs.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain consistency in design across platforms while ensuring brand alignment and responsiveness.
• Stay current with UI/UX trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design for mobile and web platforms.
• Strong design portfolio showcasing real-world work and problem-solving.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
• Solid grasp of user-centered design principles, accessibility, and responsive design.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and time-management skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in agile environments.
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript).
• Skills in motion design or creating microinteractions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,949.95 - ₹33,270.30 per month
