Jr. Test Engineer

As a Junior Test Engineer with 3 to 5 years of experience in Manual Testing within the Banking domain, you will play a crucial role in testing Flexcube (FCUBS) modules, specifically focusing on Trade Finance and FCC. Your responsibilities will include developing, reviewing, and executing functional test cases, identifying and tracking defects, collaborating with various teams to resolve issues, validating data, and ensuring adherence to QA processes. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, review, and execute functional test cases for Flexcube modules, particularly Trade Finance and FCC. - Identify, log, and track defects using standard defect management tools. - Collaborate closely with business analysts, developers, and product teams to resolve functional issues. - Validate data, perform environment checks, and support UAT cycles. - Maintain test documentation, test evidence, and ensure adherence to QA processes. Qualifications Required: - 3-5 years of experience in Manual Testing within Banking domain. - Strong working knowledge of Flexcube (FCUBS) functional flows. - Experience in Trade Finance concepts such as LC, BG, Collections, Trade Loans, etc. - Exposure to FCC/Financial Crime Compliance (AML/KYC/Compliance workflows). - Proficiency in test case design, execution, and defect reporting. - Familiarity with tools like JIRA, QC/ALM, or other test management systems. - Good understanding of banking domain processes and system integration flows. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience supporting SIT/UAT phases. - Basic SQL knowledge for data validation. - Understanding of Agile methodology.
