What You’ll DoEnd-to-End Recruitm entOwn the full recruitment lifecycle for non-technical roles: sales, marketing, HR, ops, finance, support, BPO, and mo re.Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand talent needs and co-create hiring strategi es.Create exceptional candidate experiences, from sourcing through onboardi ng.Sourcing & Pipeline Managem entUse a variety of channels (job boards, referrals, social media, outreach) to find and attract top-tier candidat es.Build pipelines proactively—not just when the role is op en.Headhunt passive talent who didn’t even know they were looking for a new role... until you found th em.Screening & Select ionReview profiles, assess skills, and identify high-potential candidat es.Collaborate with hiring teams to shortlist the best fi ts.Closing & Negotiat ionDrive offer conversations, align on compensation, and close candidates with clarity and empat hy.Act as a trusted advisor to both candidates and hiring manage rs.Market Research & Tre ndsStay sharp on industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and hiring best practic es.Bring market intelligence to hiring conversatio ns.Collaboration & Brand ingWork closely with HR and TA teammates to align on process and share best practic es.Be a voice of SquadStack in the market—help us build a brand top talent wants to be part of.
