What You’ll Do:-

  • Identify and connect with potential clients across global markets, creating strong pipelines of opportunities.
  • Build and nurture meaningful relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
  • Conduct deep market research, competitor analysis, and trend mapping to spot untapped growth areas.
  • Collaborate closely with design, content, and strategy teams to develop tailored proposals and impactful client solutions.
  • Prepare persuasive pitch decks, business presentations, and proposals that effectively position Integra Magna’s expertise.
  • Manage leads through CRM tools, track progress, and ensure consistent follow-through from prospecting to closure.
  • Stay attuned to global marketing and creative industry trends to keep your sales strategy sharp and informed.
  • Confidently engage with international clients across different time zones, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.

What You’ll Bring:-

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition, ideally within creative, marketing, or tech sectors.
  • Exceptional communication, persuasion, and presentation skills in English.
  • Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and drive to achieve targets.
  • Understanding of creative and marketing landscapes with a curiosity to learn continuously.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, email marketing platforms, and social media channels.
  • Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
