Job Title: Quality Analyst (QA) Experience: 1-2 Years Location: Sector-74, Mohali, Phase 8b Interview Mode:- Face-to-Face Only. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Analyst with 1-2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in both Manual Testing and Database TestingKey Responsibilities: Execute manual testing of software applications, identifying defects, and ensuring product quality meets requirements. Perform database testing to validate data integrity, structure, and accuracy, ensuring smooth interaction between the application and the database. Develop, document, and maintain test cases, test scenarios, and test plans for manual testing based on requirements and project specifications. Required Skills: 1-2 years of hands-on experience in Quality Assurance (QA), with a strong focus on manual testing and database testing . Strong knowledge of SQL and database management systems (e.g., MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server) for validating data integrity, queries, and stored procedures. Proficient in manual testing techniques , including test case creation, execution, defect tracking, and reporting. Familiarity with SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle). Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex issues.
