- Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Python Developer with a strong background in Data Science and AI integration. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with legal data, AI-powered chatbot development (text and voice), RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures, and modern vector database technologies. You will be responsible for building scalable backend services, integrating AI models, and developing intelligent data-driven solutions.

- Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Python-based backend systems for AI and data science solutions.
• Perform legal data analysis to extract insights and support decision-making through intelligent automation.
• Build and integrate text and voice-based chatbots using LLMs, RAG architecture, and embedding techniques.
• Develop and maintain vector search pipelines using technologies such as PINECONE or similar. • Implement and manage graph-based data structures using Neo4j for relationship based querying and reasoning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure the robustness, security, and scalability of developed solutions.
• Knowledge of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
• Analyze large and complex datasets to extract meaningful trends and patterns.
• Experience working with unstructured and large datasets.

- Required Skills and Experience:

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience as a Python Developer in a data science/AI environment. • Proven experience in legal data processing and analysis.
• Experience building AI-driven chatbots (text/voice) using LLMs and RAG architecture.
• Strong understanding of embeddings, vector databases (e.g., PINECONE, ChromaDB), and similarity search.
• Proficiency in Neo4j and Cypher queries for graph-based data modeling.
• Experience with PostgreSQL and handling structured and semi-structured data.
• Familiarity with AI model integration (e.g., OpenAI, Claude, Gemini models).
• Good understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and backend integrations.

- Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with Agile team with Agile mindset.
• Knowledge of vector stores like Pinecone.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
