Sourcing Screening: Proactively source and identify candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks. Screen resumes and applications to ensure alignment with job requirements. Interview Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. Candidate Engagement: Maintain professional and timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive candidate experience. Collaboration: Partner with the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers to understand job requirements and assist in fulfilling recruitment needs in a timely manner. Qualifications and Skills: Educational Requirements: MBA in Human Resources or a related field. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and interact effectively with candidates and internal teams. Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders. Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proactive Attitude: A results-driven mindset with the ability to take initiative and meet deadlines in a timely manner
