Role & responsibilities Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and recruitment agencies to find qualified candidates. Screening & Interviewing: Review resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and assess candidates for skill alignment and cultural fit. Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Communicate interview feedback to candidates. Candidate Experience: Provide a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Offer Negotiation: Extend job offers, negotiate terms, and help candidates with the onboarding process. Database Management: Maintain and update candidate records Job Descriptions: Collaborate with hiring managers to create and update job descriptions that accurately reflect the role requirements. Reporting: Track recruitment metrics, such as time to hire and cost per hire, and provide insights to improve the recruitment process. Preferred candidate profile NON IT recruitment Experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong decision-making abilities and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines. Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
