Jr. HR Recruiter Preferred Experience : 1 - 2 years Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated Junior HR Recruiter to assist in sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for our organization. The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a smooth hiring process. Key Responsibilities: Sourcing Candidates: Use job portals (LinkedIn, Indeed), social media, and referrals to attract potential candidates. Screening & Shortlisting: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess candidate fit. Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Candidate Engagement: Maintain regular communication with applicants to ensure a positive candidate experience. Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process for new hires. Required Skills & Qualifications: 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or HR (agency or corporate). Strong communication and interpersonal skills . Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
