Role Overview We are seeking a passionate and creative Jr. Fashion Stylist to join our dynamic team. This role offers hands-on experience in styling, conceptualizing, and executing fashion looks for various projects, including photoshoots, and marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for fashion trends, a strong understanding of styling principles, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Mood Board Development: Create compelling mood boards to effectively communicate styling concepts for upcoming projects. Wardrobe Coordination: Assist in sourcing, curating, and organizing wardrobe pieces, accessories, and props for photoshoots and events. On-Set Styling Support: Provide hands-on assistance during photoshoots and events, ensuring seamless execution of all styling elements. Trend Research: Stay informed on current fashion trends, designers, and styling techniques to bring fresh, innovative ideas to each project. Team Collaboration: Work closely with photographers, makeup artists, and other creative professionals to ensure cohesive styling and successful outcomes. Inventory Management: Support the organization and upkeep of the studio's wardrobe inventory, ensuring all items are properly maintained and cataloged. Administrative Assistance: Contribute to project organization through tasks such as image folder management and coordination with post-production teams. Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their style preferences, body types, and fashion goals. Outfit Assembly: Curate and coordinate outfits that reflect the client’s vision and meet the aesthetic and functional needs of each project or event. Required Skills and Qualifications: Educational Background: Degree or diploma in Fashion Design, Styling, or a related discipline. Fashion Acumen: Foundational knowledge of fashion trends, color theory, and styling techniques. Creative Thinking: Strong creative abilities with a flair for developing and executing distinctive styling concepts. Organizational Skills: Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and interact with clients. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with basic styling tools and relevant software is an advantage. Preferred Qualifications: Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with styling tools and software such as Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator.
