Arrange vehicles for transportation. Negotiate with transporters for best price and ensure timely delivery. Proper coordination with drivers till the delivery of goods executed. Develop and implement strategies for the transportation and storage of goods. Coordinate with various departments (procurement, production, sales, service) to align logistics activities with organizational goals. Plan efficient delivery routes and schedules to minimize costs and meet deadlines. Organize and manage transportation resources, including fleet management. Track the movement of goods using logistics software and systems. Address and resolve any logistical or transportation issues that arise, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
