Provide excellent customer support for our Educational ERP software. Address client queries and issues efficiently via phone, email, and chat. Ensure timely resolution of technical and non-technical issues. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver effective solutions. Qualifications Graduate from Commerce : B.Com, B.A, B.Ed, BBA, BMS stream. Experience 1 to 3 years of work experience. Prior working experience with School ERP software is a strong advantage. Strong communication skills in English and local languages. Ability to work independently and handle customer concerns professionally.
