Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Grade and label emails according to Microsofts defined
guidelines and security policies
.
Analyze, identify, and classify
phishing, spam, and legitimate
email content.
Review
email headers, domains, and metadata
to detect spam or malicious patterns.
Apply knowledge of
ethical hacking, email protocols, and internet security
concepts.
Collaborate with the team to resolve labelling conflicts and enhance rule efficiency.
Continuously contribute to
improving email classification accuracy
and real-time anti-spam solutions.
Discuss and report new or unusual email types for further analysis.

Desired Skills & Experience

Strong understanding of
phishing, spam tactics, IP protocols, and cybersecurity basics
.
Familiarity with
email and internet security concepts & protocols (SMTP, IMAP, POP3, etc.)
.
Excellent
English communication skills
—both verbal and written.
Awareness of
data security and privacy principles
.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a
collaborative team environment
.
