Our client is Jr CS - With leading Construction Equipment's OEM - Pune Job Responsibilities : Support CS for Compliance of Companies Act, FEMA and laws applicable to the company. Support CS in Undertaking PAN India compliances including compliance of applicable Central/ state/municipal laws. Support CS in compliances of all laws applicable to the company. Coordination with Secretarial/Internal and Statutory auditors from time to time and ensuring on time closure of relevant audits. Keeping up to date with any regulatory or statutory changes. Support in Preparation of SOPs and policies for improvement of Corporate Governance and policies of internal matters. Vetting of legal agreements/documents and provide necessary inputs.
