Designation: Junior Compliance Manager- Food Safety Experience: 2-4 years Industry: Food Industry (FSSAI) Mandatory: FoSTaC Certification Location: Vasathnagar, Bangalore. Key Responsibilities: Working knowledge of FSSAI Rules and Regulations Working knowledge of FSSAI Applications, Modifications Working knowledge of Packaging and Labeling rules and regulations Working Knowledge of Food Safety Audit and Submission of Responses Conduct internal audits and risk assessments. Develop and implement compliance strategies and policies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (quality, operations, procurement). Prepare and submit regulatory reports. Develop and maintain a compliance calendar. Participate in regulatory inspections and audits. Liaise with regulatory authorities (FSSAI). Prepare and submit regulatory reports.
