Roles and Responsibilities: Aid in sales, lead generation and conversions Conduct market research to identify potential clients, competitors, and industry trends. Analyze data and prepare reports on market trends, customer preferences, and sales forecasts. Assist in developing and implementing business strategies to achieve company goals. Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities. Support the Business Development team in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales materials. Assist in managing client relationships and provide exceptional customer service. Stay updated on industry news, market trends, and competitor activities. Participate in meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute innovative ideas for business growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of business development initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in a Business Development role, preferably in a similar industry. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy. Knowledge of market research techniques and data analysis methods. Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
