Responsibilities- Explain requirements to the developers and get it implemented accordingly. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. Ensuring sanity testing and impacted areas of change to be tested/validated before confirming to business users. Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions with IT team. Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports Preferred skillset- Over 2 years of experience in business analysis or a related field. Bachelor is degree in business or related field or an MBA. Banking/Financial Services domain knowledge (Retail Assets) Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills. Ability to influence stakeholders. Prior experience with FICO BRE projects scope of services - To provide 8x5 application support during the clients business hours (i.e., 10:00-19:00 IST) during weekdays and to provide On-Call support outside these hours. The high level activities – Support and BAU tasks are as under: Fixing production issues. Scorecards development and unit testing. CR development and unit testing. Bug fixes and support for SIT and UAT testing. Continuous Service Improvement (Identifying the root causes of performance issues and fixing them) Knowledge Management BRE Environment support Dev, QA, Stage
