Job Description

We are seeking a Jr./Associate Account Manager with 2-4 years of experience to join our team. In this role, you will support client accounts and help drive engagement by aligning Salesforce, ServiceNow, AWS, or Microsoft service solutions with customer goals. This role is ideal for early-career professionals who are looking to expand their account management skills in the tech industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing client relationships and act as a point of contact for client inquiries.
Support senior account managers in identifying client needs and suggesting suitable cloud solutions (Salesforce, ServiceNow, AWS, Microsoft).
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
Participate in client meetings, providing updates on project progress and gathering client feedback.
Monitor account activities, keeping track of client satisfaction and reporting insights to the senior team.
Work with cross-functional teams to coordinate solutions that drive customer success and satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

2-4 years of experience in account management, customer support, or related roles in a technology environment.
Knowledge of at least two cloud services: Salesforce, ServiceNow, AWS, or Microsoft.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
Ability to work in a collaborative environment and support senior account management.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
