Job Description Do architectural planning and design phase for new real estate projects. Develop project plans, including conceptual designs, feasibility studies, and master plans. Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to define project requirements and objectives. Prepare detailed architectural drawings and documentation for project approvals and permits. Conduct site assessments and evaluations to inform design decisions. Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and contractors to ensure integration of design elements. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to stay on track. Tools / Software / Application Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp). Familiarity with 3D modeling and rendering software (e.g., 3ds Max, Rhino). Competency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera). Knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and practices. Competency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Desired Skills Strong architectural design and project planning skills. Proven experience in starting and managing new real estate projects. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and lead a project team effectively. Knowledge of industry trends, materials, and construction technologies. Total No. of Experience 3 to 4 years of overall experience in architecture, with a significant focus on project planning and new project initiation. Relevant Experience Minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in leading the planning and design phases of new real estate projects. Educational Qualifications Bachelors degree in Architecture from a recognized institution. A Masters degree in Architecture or Project Management is preferred. Registration with the Council of Architecture (COA) or equivalent professional body.
