Junior Accountant - Job Profile

Job Title: Junior Accountant
Job Type: Entry-Level
Reports To: Senior Accountant or Accounting Manager
Job Summary: A Junior Accountant assists the finance team by maintaining accurate financial records and reports. Candidates should have a strong understanding of basic accounting principles and Excel Working Skills .

• Maintain the Register for daily reports (Reports will get from factory)
• Record financial transactions and maintain ledgers and journal entries.
• Perform reconciliations for bank and general ledger accounts.
• Maintain the Physical Registers for Selected Ledgers
• Maintain the Petty Cash .
• Maintain the Company Buses Register for daily basis like Kilometers and Nos .
• Assist with reviewing expenses and processing payroll.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: An accounting internship or similar entry-level role is often preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, familiarity with Tally, and knowledge of basic accounting principles.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
