Industry Type : Real Estate / Construction (Residential / Commercial) Department : Finance & Accounts Key Responsibilities: Reconciliation: Expertly manage vendor and inter-company reconciliations to maintain financial accuracy. MIS Preparation: Prepare Management Information System (MIS) reports, offering critical insights for informed decision-making. Audit Coordination: Efficiently coordinate both internal and external audits, ensuring compliance and efficiency. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to achieve task closure and project success. Requirements: 2-3 years of relevant experience in financial analysis and reconciliation. Accounting Acumen: In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, with proficiency in Tally. Excel Proficiency: Highly skilled in MS-Excel, utilizing its capabilities for financial analysis. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration.
