Jr. Account Executive

You will be joining Big Drops Marketing Group, a global performance ad network operating in the UAE, India, and the U.S., focusing on digital marketing solutions. As a rapidly growing company committed to innovation and excellence, we are expanding into new channels and markets and seeking a talented Jr. Accounts/Finance Executive to join our finance team. This is a remote position with 1-3 years of experience required. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain day-to-day accounting records like sales, purchases, expenses, and journal entries. - Prepare and post journal vouchers, debit/credit notes ensuring ledger accuracy. - Conduct monthly bank reconciliations and monitor fund flow. - Scrutinize ledgers, proactively resolving discrepancies. - Finalize accounts up to trial balance, assist in audits, and statutory reporting. - Ensure timely filing of statutory returns (GST, TDS, PT). - Support in the monthly/quarterly/yearly closing of books. - Manage inter-branch accounting and reconciliations as needed. - Handle company's ITR filing, VAT, Ledger, with knowledge of US and Dubai-based accounting as an added advantage. Qualifications and Skills: Educational Requirements: - Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (mandatory). - Advanced certifications such as CA-Inter or CMA (preferred). Experience: - Minimum 1-2 years of accounting experience. - Proficiency in accounting software like Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems. Technical Skills: - Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and other tax regulations. - Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel. - Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks). Soft Skills: - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
