Roles & Responsibilities

• Design the programs and implementation strategies to achieve the organization goals i.e Ideate, Incubate, Innovate and Accelerate 

• Creation of comprehensive systems to track start-ups’ progress

• Design the promotional activities in convergence with relevant vertical heads to nurture and drive the startups culture. 

• Facilitate the transformation of potential innovative ideas into products/processes by onboarding key stakeholders such as Investors, Mentors, Technology partners etc.

• Assess and evaluate the various Proposals/Projects/Policy amendments essential for the development of Start-up Ecosystem

• Define, Calibrate, implement and monitor the High Impact projects such as Incubation/Acceleration programs, Development of VC & Mentor networks, Centers of Excellence, Prototyping spaces & test beds etc.

• Devise blue-prints for comprehensive digital platform to facilitate on boarding as well as outreach programs
