As part of the customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and resolving customer queries in a professional and timely manner. Key Responsibilities: Provide voice-based support to customers via calls for different business processes. Address customer queries and concerns in a professional, effective, and timely manner. Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and resolving issues on the first call wherever possible. Maintain in-depth knowledge of the products/services you are supporting to accurately address customer queries.. Skills and Qualifications Required: Minimum 1 year of documented experience in customer support or call center (voice process) is mandatory. Strong proficiency in English language (both spoken and written). Excellent communication skills with the ability to understand and respond to customer inquiries with clarity.. Eligibility Criteria: Experience: Minimum 1 year in a voice-based customer support role. Education: Minimum qualification of 12th Pass / Graduation (Any stream). Language Proficiency: Must be proficient in English (spoken and written). Strong ability to handle customer queries with a solution-oriented mindset. Available Processes: Technical Support Process: Assist customers with technical issues related to products/services. Provide step-by-step guidance to troubleshoot and resolve problems over the call. Requires a basic understanding of technology (specific training will be provided).. Customer Care/Service Process: Handle inquiries related to product/service information, billing issues, order status, etc. Ensure that all customer interactions are handled with professionalism and care.
