Job Description

We are looking for motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our International BPO team. If you have a passion for helping others and providing exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you!

Eligibility Criteria

Graduates or undergraduates with at least 1 year of experience in an International BPO environment.
Freshers are encouraged to apply!
Experienced candidates may qualify for up to a 30% salary increase based on market standards.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality customer service by responding to inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Handle both inbound and outbound communication with professionalism and courtesy.
Maintain a positive, friendly demeanor during all customer interactions to ensure a great customer experience.
Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
Work across multiple platforms and communication channels to assist customers.

Shifts & Work Schedule

Rotational shifts with flexibility required.
Rotational weekly offs (5 working days, 2 days off).
